Dr. Will Healy recently completed his 22st year as the senior minister of the Emmaus Church of Northfield. He is an active participant in the arts community both near and far, is a graduate of Bethel College and Seminary, and received his Doctoral degree in preaching from the Association of Chicago Theological Schools in 1996. He is married to Julie, who teaches 3rd Grade at Bridgewater Elementary in Northfield. Will is the father of two perfect (and now adult) children, Nina, a middle school science teacher in Chaska, MN, and Sam, a 2008 graduate of Gustavus Adolphus College now teaching 2nd grade in the Hastings Public Schools.

In addition to his pastoral role, Will has served in a variety of leadership capacities in the Northfield community. He served as a member of the Board of Directors of the Northfield Hospital, has served on the board of the Northfield Area United Way, is past president of the Northfield Ministerial Association, is active in the ongoing community support of the Laura Baker Services Association (receiving that organizations Good Neighbor award in 2009), and was the recipient of the Northfield Sertoma Club’s Service to Mankind Award. He is a frequent speaker on a variety of topics, including parenting, chemical health issues, and leadership.
